To perform an attack from a wheel recovery, simply do a strong attack upon catching the wheels you threw. For a signal, it's when the Wanderer flashes white upon catching the wheel.

An attack from a wheel recovery upgrades the move. A successful upgrade is marked by a red visual effect that accompanies the attack when an upgraded one is performed.
