Mission Replay and Story Rewind

Completing the main story on any difficulty will unlock the ability to replay missions, as well as visit points in the story with branching paths to alter their outcome and see the game's multiple endings. These are accessed from the Story tab in the Inn.

Weapon Proficiency Cap Increase

The maximum Proficiency for all weapons will also increase, up to a maximum of 11 Ranks per weapon. This means new properties and Battle Arts will also become available for unlocking.

Ultimate Warrior Difficulty Unlocked

A new difficulty level called Ultimate Warrior will make itself available in the Settings during post-game play. Players will earn more Gold and Skill Points, but will also experience a variety of modifiers, including the following:

• Increased Enemy Damage and Attack Speed
• Blocking Attacks Drains Bravery
• Parry and Perfect Evade Windows are Smaller
• Enemies do not Drop Meat Buns

Challenges Now Available

Switching to Ultimate Warrior difficulty also activates Challenges, which are an optional set of rules or objectives that players can accomplish for extra rewards.

Weapon Reforging Added to Shop

In the Post-Game, the Shop now offers Weapon Reforging, which allows you to transfer Weapon Traits or fuse weapons with the same name to strengthen them. Note that any weapon used as a material is lost forever.

Lu Bu Companion and Halberd Weapon

Beating the game once gives you the chance to unlock the dreaded Lu Bu as an available Companion during battle replays, and also makes his weapon type, the Halberd, available for purchase and use.

Red Hare Secret Horse Unlock

Additionally, Lu Bu's horse, Red Hare, can also be unlocked. Doing so has several conditions, such as beating the game on either the Wei or Shu route, then beating Lu Bu at the Battle of Xiapi on Ultimate Warrior difficulty without Meat Buns or healing items.

Entering the post-game will allow players to pick what music they want to have as their BGM when entering combat, from the game's available selection of tracks.

For 100% completion, players will need to experience all of the game's endings, as well as see all outcomes of each branching path in the game's story. This will mean siding with each faction at least once during Chapter 3.

Another thing to do for max completion is to max out your bonds with all available officers. This means fighting alongside them in battle, as well as completing their requests in the overworld when those appear.

Collecting all horses also falls under full completion parameters. Additionally, Lu Bu's horse Red Hare becomes available to unlock during the post-game, and you will need to collect him alongside the other horses in-game.

Lastly, to 100% the game, players will need to find all Weapons, Arts, Accessories, and Items that the game has to offer. This includes the Ultimate Weapons unlocked in the post-game, as well as all of the Old Coins.
