Watch Out for His Spinning Attack

Cao Cao has a sword move that sends him flying towards you like a top. This acts as his gap-close, and you'll want to be ready any time he throws out this move.

Beware His Special Aerial Attack

Cao Cao uses a special move where rises into the air and unleashes waves of slash projectiles. When this happens, you will want to be a fair distance away from Cao Cao to at least have room to dodge.

You can also choose to just block his projectiles. Alternatively, you can use War God Rage for temporary invincibility to tank his hits and deal damage.

Perfect Block and Use Special Arts

Cao Cao's attacks are fast, but he has some slash attacks that make him predictable. He also has an orange glow attack you can take advantage.
