Weapons
There are 10 weapons that you can choose from, ranging from Swords, Twin Pikes, Wheels, and more! They can be purchased at Weapon Shops or dropped by enemy officers. Take note of the Weapon Traits as well, as even duplicates of one weapon sport different Traits. Choose what is best suited to your playstyle and decimate enemies in battle.

Reforge to Make Stronger Weapons
Reforging a weapon upgrades its Attack Power and change its Traits in favor of something even stronger. This allows for even more customization and enhancement for weapons. Do take note that you only unlock Reforging after completing the Main Story.
Gems
Gems offer bonus effects in battle, ranging from supportive to offensive. You can create gems in the Inn and even level them up in order to further boost their effects.

Battle Arts
Battle Arts are special moves that use up your Bravery. They range from devastating moves to those that grant you more agility. They offer versatility in combat as you can equip the ones you like before starting a battle.
You can acquire Battle Arts by purchasing from shops, leveling up Weapon Proficiencies, and unlocking Skills.

Accessories
Similar to gems, equipping accessories grant you additional effects with a much wider variety of options to choose from. You can obtain them by completing Missions. Pick and choose those that support your type of playstyle.

Horses
Besides your human allies, you are also accompanied by a horse of your choice in battle. You can acquire more horses by completing Missions and raising the Peace Levels of regions. Each horse has their own set of abilities that can aid you in combat, so make sure to choose your companion carefully before starting a battle.

Items
Items are consumables that offer effects ranging from temporarily enhancing your offensive abilities, to increasing ally Morale, to reviving fallen Guards, and much more! Purchase them at shops or acquire them as rewards.
When sheer force is not cutting it in the battlefield, remember that you can equip items that give you that extra boost to help you achieve victory.
Clothing
While not providing any additional stats or effects in battle, you are able to change clothing from the Inn if you feel like changing your style!

Rank Level
Your Rank Level rises along with your Weapon Proficiency. It determines the skill panels that will be available to you and all the skills that you can unlock. Leveling up your Rank Level will also boost your stats, such as your Health, Attack, and Defense. This is essential as it will only get more difficult the further along the game you go.
Weapon Proficiency
Your Weapon Proficiency levels up the more you use a weapon. As this is the only way to raise your Rank Level, it is encouraged that you use various weapons in order to level up efficiently. If nothing else, this allows you to try out different kinds of weapons and experiment on the battlefield.
Skills
Skills provide you permanent boosts to your stats, beneficial effects, and even new Battle Arts. Use the skill points you obtain from going about the game to unlock significant benefits for your protagonist. Unlocking the right ones will make all the difference in combat.
