Talk to Timid Man

To unlock A Scary Noise, you need to talk to Timid Man. You can find Timid Man at Icelake Sewers.

Trace the Strange Noise
Talk to the Timid Man in the Icelake Sewers and he will tell you that there is a strange noise inside the sewers, and will ask you to check it for him. Once you agree, you will be led to the other side of the sewer.
When you reached the quest marker, you will have a dialog with yourself.

You will then continue venturing deeper to the sewers and once you reach the quest marker, a group of Filthoids will appear.
Defeat the Enemies
Defeat the marked 4 Filthoids to be able to complete this section of the quest. Please note that there are other Filthoids in the area aside from the marked ones. Focus only on the marked Filthoids to advance.
Speak with the Man
Once you've defeated the Filthoids, return to the Timid Man and he will thank you that the place had become quiet. This will complete the quest.
