To unlock Light Chaser, you need to go to Eastern District. Head to the area to start the quest.
Head to Lonza Fortress

You can also unlock a different Light Chaser in Lonza Fortress. You need to go behind the wall to see the first objective.

| 2 |  Defeat Enemies After interacting with the glimmer, 5 Muscleman will ambush you. Defeat them and there will be a dialog after. This concludes the quest. |
