You can get the Mecha-Sable Bi'an Mount accessory by completing the quest Mr Qiu's Investment.
Complete Mr. Qiu’s Investment Quest to Unlock Mounts
As a pre-requisite, you will need to complete the quest Mr. Qiu’s Investment to unlock and start using Mounts.
How to Equip Mecha-Sable Bi'an
Equip Using the Tactical Backpack from Mounts Menu
| How to Equip Mounts | |

| 1. | From the main menu, click on the [Mounts] tab panel. |
| 2. | Click on the Tactical Backpack. |
| 3. | Go to the Mounts section. |
| 4. | Place the Mount into your Tactical Backpack. |
Start from the main menu, and then navigating to the [Mounts] tab panel. Then, click on the Tactical Backpack, and go to the Mounts section. From there, place the Mecha-Sable Bi'an Mount into your Tactical Backpack.
Leave the menu and open the Tactical Backpack to use your Mount. Take note that while mounted, you cannot attack or open menus or continually use mounts inside certain buildings
