Amplification Stimulators can be purchased from the Items section of the shop for 2680 Phoxene Plumules each. You can buy up to 3 stimulators until the shop restocks during the weekly reset.

The shop can be accessed from your main menu or by talking to Lunotress in the Sanctuary.
