Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

What Does HP Do?

HP is a stat in Strangers of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. Read on to learn more about this stat effect and what it does for your character!

What Does HP Do?

Determines How Many Hits You Can Take

Hit Points or HP determine how many hits can be taken before dying. Your HP is the most important stat you have so always keep an eye on it during battle. Should your HP bar get too low or turn red, consume a potion or cast a spell to heal up.

Healing spells such as Cure and Regen are available to Sage and White Mage. Cure can refill your HP (HP gained depends on how long the charge is) while Regen slowly regenerates lost HP. Warrior is another class that has access to a healing ability: War Cry. Warrior lets out a fierce roar that damages nearby enemies, and gradually restores your HP for a period of time.

How to Raise HP?

Switch Your Loadout

The primary method to raising a stat is through the equipment you use. Each piece of Equipment has varying Equipment Effects and anytime you make a switch, other stats will change accordingly. Raising your Job Affinities can also help increase your stats.

Always take a look at the overall stats section before switching out equipment. Keep in mind that while an item may raise a certain stat, it can lower another.
