Hold the L Stick Left to Fill Meter and Release Once Full

The Action Command for Power Shell requires the player to hold the L Stick to the left and release it once the meter is full. A red star will appear at the end of the meter if your timing is right, which then allows Power Shell to deal more damage to all enemies.

Power Shell Stylish Move Timing

Press A Once Koops Returns Beside Mario and After Spinning a Few Times

The Stylish Move timing for Power Shell requires the player to press the A button once Koops returns to his original position beside Mario for his first stylish move. After about 4 spins, press the A button again to perform his second stylish move.
