Description Attack a grounded or aerial enemy with a powerful jump attack. Press the A button before hitting a target to perform a second attack.

Spring Jump Action Command Timing

Press A Before Bouncing on Target

The Action Command for Spring Jump requires the player to press the A button right before Mario bounces on his target. This will cause him to bounce twice on an enemy, dealing more damage.

Spring Jump Stylish Move Timing

Press A After the Second Jump

The Stylish Move timing for Spring Jump requires the player to press the A button after Mario presses A for a second Action Command, flying high as he jumps on the enemy a second time. If done successfully, Mario will lie on his belly as he falls.
