Overwatch 2 - A Way to Give Feedback to Other Players
The Endorsement system is a way for players on the same team to acknowledge each other. If you encounter teammates who work well with the team, or if someone is just being positive, you can endorse that player to let them know you appreciate them.

Determines Endorsement Level

Obtaining endorsements from other players will allow you to increase your endorsement level to a maximum of 5. The higher your endorsement level is, the greater the rewards you receive.

To avoid farming endorsements to get higher levels, Blizzard has set up a rule regarding endorsements where you can only endorse 2 players after each game and can only endorse the same player for every 12 hours.
