The Endorsement system is a way for players on the same team to acknowledge each other. If you encounter teammates who work well with the team, or if someone is just being positive, you can endorse that player to let them know you appreciate them.
Obtaining endorsements from other players will allow you to increase your endorsement level to a maximum of 5. The higher your endorsement level is, the greater the rewards you receive.
To avoid farming endorsements to get higher levels, Blizzard has set up a rule regarding endorsements where you can only endorse 2 players after each game and can only endorse the same player for every 12 hours.
Achieving and maintaining a high endorsement level will reward you with higher Battle Pass exp rewards when you endorse a player, letting you easily climb higher in the battle pass.
How to Level Up Battle Pass Fast
Endorsements can be given to other players in the same team after the end of the match. Of course, obtaining an endorsement will depend on your teammates. If you want to receive endorsements, you need to leave a positive impact on your teammates or by asking them through chat.
Endorsements can only be given to players that aren't part of your friend list. This means you won't be able to farm for endorsements if you are ever planning to play with your friends. The only way you can get it is by playing with strangers.
Check your endorsement level by heading to your Career Profile. Under Overview, you should be able to see your endorsement level beside your name.
You can also check other people's endorsement levels by heading to the Social Menu. Right-click on any of your friends or who you recently played with, and you'll be able to see their endorsement level beside their name.
