You can try checking if Overwatch 2 has an update, as it might be why your game is not loading. You can do so by clicking on the gear icon beside the play button and selecting "Check for Updates" in your Battle.net launcher.

If an update is available, Battle.net launcher will automatically download and install the latest update for Overwatch 2.
