Hero Challenges Not Appearing

Unfortunately, this problem is not something that players can remedy on their end as it is most likely a server issue caused by the influx of new players in the servers and the migration of old player's accounts. In the developer's recent post in the Overwatch forum, we are assured that none of the existing players' data are wiped and that they are actively trying to resolve this issue.
