Battle-Tested Shield
Unlike the weapons, the Battle-Tested Shield is obtained as a rare trade item at Wishvale's Shop. To get this, you will need an NPC with Backdoor Trade assigned to the shop, and it will randomly appear under the "Buy Trade Lists" option when the shop refreshes.
