Victory Condition: Defeat Ou Xing

Clean up the remnants of the rebels and reduce rogue activity in the Jing Province by defeating the rebel traitor general Ou Xing.

Defeat Condition: Sun Jian is Forced to Flee

Prevent Sun Jian from fleeing the battlefield by watching his condition, assisting him in fights, and raising the team's morale.

Defeat the Enemy Ambush Forces Setup Counter-Ambushes Defeat Ou Xing with Sun Jian's Trap

Defeat the Enemy Ambush Forces

Shortly after the battle begins, going down the Western path, since it's the closest to Ou Xing's main camp, enemy reinforcements will suddenly show up on the Western, Northern, and Eastern fronts all at once.

Setup Counter-Ambushes

After the ambush forces appear, defeat all of them in succession to trigger a dialogue between Sun Jian and his officers. They'll discuss about using the enemy's own tactics against them, setting up their own ambush in the same spots.

Defeat Ou Xing with Sun Jian's Trap

Sun Jian will goad Ou Xing's officers to bait them into chasing him. They will all go after Sun Jian, who will lead them into the ambushes. At the same time, Ou Xing will open the gates of his camp amidst the ruse, allowing you to engage him directly. Take him down to finish the mission.

Weapon Proficiency

Weapon Proficiency will be rewarded based on the weapons used in battle. Ranking up weapon proficiency raises Wanderer's level, and reaching certain levels will unlock new skill trees to spend skill points on.

Skill points and Mount EXP are also awarded based on the number of enemies defeated and which Horse was used.
