Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Ellen Trust Event and Best Answers
To unlock this commission, you must have a high trust level with Ellen and this commission will randomly unlock once you DM Ellen.
Ellen will have you pick where to go, you should reply and say that you wish to hang out at the Video Store.
Note that choosing 141 Convenience Store will start the Are These Really Just Ordinary Snacks? commission and picking the Video Store will begin the You There? Can I Borrow Your Wifi? commission
Are These Really Just Ordinary Snacks?
Fast travel to Random Play and find Ellen browsing at the Video Archive. Spend time with Ellen and finish the commission.

Choose the dialogue options that are in bold to gain significant Trust Level increase after spending time with Ellen.
Also, picking the dialogue option, I thought you knew, will also give additional trust increase.
After completing the commission, you will have Ellen's Trust Level increase. This is the only reward for this commission.
