Mario unlocks the special move Art Attack after completing the storyline of Chapter 4 and properly obtaining the Ruby Star. Mario's SP gauge will also be increased to 5 SP.

Art Attack Action Command Timing

Use the L Stick to Encircle Enemies

The Action Command for Art Attack requires the player to use the L Stick to encircle one or multiple enemies as many times as you can within the time limit. All enemies that are inside an enclosed circle will receive damage. The circle you draw doesn't have to be circular. It can be more oval or even differently shaped, but it must be enclosed.
