Jump Effect and Target

Description Attack a grounded or aerial enemy with a jump attack. Press the A button before hitting a target to perform a second attack.

Jump Action Command Timing

Press A Before Bouncing on Target

The Action Command for Jump requires the player to press the A button right before Mario bounces on his target. This will cause him to bounce twice on an enemy, dealing more damage.

Jump Stylish Move Timing

Press A After the Action Command and Again After the Second Jump

The Stylish Move timing for Jump requires the player to press the A button after pressing A for the Action Command. While jumping in the air from his attack, Mario will lie on his belly and fall on the enemy for his second attack. You can perform a second stylish move by doing the Action Command again for the second attack and pressing A once Mario bounces high in the air.
