    Wondering how I'm supposed to get to West Rougeport in chapter 1 when Zess T doesn't let me by until chapter 3? maybe move the star pieces in West Rougeport there if it requires an exploit

    you're missing a star piece location in hooktails castle, behind the bars in the room where you fight the red bones theres a flip panel on the far left side of the cell
