| Victory Conditions | Defeat Sun Quan and Liu Bei. |
| Defeat Conditions | Cao Cao is Forced to Flee. |
Challenge Walkthrough
| 1 |  Note: Incense of Solidarity and Vitality is recommended for this battle. After the battle begins, head towards the main enemy camp as soon as the path through the ships becomes available. Stay on the right side and take out all enemy officers you meet along the way. |

| 2 |  The main camp's doors will be closed. You can then give the command to have your troops force-open the gate. While your forces handle the opening, you should take out the nearby surrounding bases so that they don't interrupt your breach. Use the Incense of Solidarity to revive fallen guards and continue the assault. |
| 3 |  Clear as many enemy officers on the right side of the map as you can before Huang Gai betrays Cao Cao and triggers the Fire attack. While you can try to take out Sun Quan and Liu Bei during this time, it'll be nearly impossible to blitz them as the fire attack will cause Cao Cao to retreat. |
| 4 |  Note: Use the Incense of Vitality to replenish your troops before leading the retreat. Make sure that no one gets in the way of Cao Cao as he falls back to the main camp. Take out Huang Gai at this point just to be safe. Once Cao Cao reaches the opposite shore, intercept a Large Enemy Force that will appear on the Northwestern corner of the map to buy Cao Cao more time. |
| 5 |  Continue taking out enemy officers and make sure that you hold them back as Cao Cao makes it to the escape point. Doing everything right, you should complete the mission before the 21-minute mark. |
Challenge Tips

Bring Incense Along
Since this is technically a Speedrun, you won't be able to assist all of your allies. As a best precaution, equip both the Incense of Solidarity and Incense of Vitality as portable items and use them wisely at each of the critical points of the mission.
Defeat Named Enemy Officers
Duel named enemies like Guan Yu and Gan Ning to significantly decrease enemy morale if you manage to defeat them.
Equip Wide-Ranged and High-Damage Arts
It would be best to bring along Weapons that have Battle Arts with high damage and long reach, making it easier to clear enemy fodder and to more effectively chunk enemy officers.
Regularly Check and Reload Checkpoints
Depending on how you do at the various phases of the mission, steadily progressing while keeping an eye on checkpoints you can reload or replay will help you recover should you make a mistake later on.
Save Your True Musou Attack
So long as you can guarantee that you can effectively manage your Musou Gauge, feel free to use Musou Attacks. However, it's recommended that you save your True Musou Attack for the last leg of this mission.
Completing the Search for Memories Questline teaches you how to upgrade True Musou Attacks into Ultimate Musou Attacks.
