When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Atk/-HP

The best IVs for Titania are +Atk and -HP. Her weapon is extra effective against blue units so having a +Atk maximze the potential of that 20% damage boost. This allows her to one-shot some blue units. Her HP is of less importance so it is safe to take it as a bane.

+Atk for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Atk IV when merging Titania to 10. This is for the same reasons as above. If you want to focus on follow-up attacks or if you want to change weapons, go for a +Spd IV instead.

How to Use, Explanation

With this build, Titania has great support ability in mixed teams thanks to her special effect refine with grants a Res Tactic 3 effect. Combine this with a Tactic skill in the C and S slots, she is able to grant lots of stats for the team. Distant Counter and Quick Riposte 3 is taken to give her some combative abilities in the enemy phase.

We recommend the Special Effect Refine for Draconic Poleax

Draconic Poleax's special effect refine grants Titania an effect similar to Res Tactic 3. The effect will grant Res+6 to all party members with less than 2 of the same movement type ally on their team. For a mixed party with two infantry units and two cavalry units (etc.), this can be a useful skill, but you must pay close attention to your party's construction to get the most use of it.

In this case, Shiro's Def Tactic 3 affects all of his allies because there is no one movement type that surpasses a unit count of 2. Shiro and Rhajat make up for 2 infantry types, there is 1 axe cavalier in the far left and 1 sword knight in the bottom screen. This trigger condition is exactly the same as Titania's Res Tactic 3.

Titania is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Titania Strengths

Very Strong Against Blue Units

Draconic Poleaxincreases Titania's Atk by 20% if she has weapon-triangle advantage over the opponent, and reduces Atk by 20% if she has weapon-triangle disadvantage. This makes her very powerful against blue units, but you should make sure to keep him out of red units' reach.

Slows Enemy Specials

Guard 3 inflicts special cooldown charge -1 per attack if Titania's HP ≥ 80% at the start of combat. This allows Titania and her allies to take less damage from enemies. This skill is also very helpful in Grand Hero Battles where delaying enemy specials is very important as enemy specials in those maps are very powerful.

Additionally, this makes Titania a great match-up for units running set-ups that make specials very quick to trigger such as Slaying Edge+ or Brave Sword as the weapon skill and slapping Sacred Seals such as Flashing Blade and Quickened Pulse for quick Moonbow or Glimmer activations.

Combined with her special effect refine, having Titania on the field greatly reduces the amount of damage her team takes.

Titania Weaknesses

Low Def

Titania's Def only sits at 25 at Lv.40. This makes it easy for physical units to take her out. Be mindful of Titania's positioning in relation to physical units that can easily take her out.

Manage her match-ups. As much as possible, only engage blue units whom she is strong against. Take advantage of her superior mobility to engage enemies and position her well!

Weak to Red Units

Titania has great advantage over blue units especially lance users because of Draconic Poleax, but red units do not have a hard time taking her out at all. Be mindful of Titania's positioning in relation to red units especially units like Midori or Young Caeda.

Titania can be used to inherit the Reciprocal Aid and Guard 3 skills. Guard 3 is especially useful in harder maps such as Grand Hero Battles so having this skill readily available is a must. Because of this, it may be wise to turn Titania into a Combat Manual instead of turning her into feathers if you do not plan to use her in combat.
