Go to Outer Ring and find Nicole and Caesar. Upon finding them, you decide to eavesdrop on them and find out they kidnapped a man who's been following Lucy. |

Talk to Lighter near Cheesetopia to inquire about the man's whereabouts. He will say that the man is with Burnice and Piper. |

Find the man behind Cheesetopia. After seeing the man, you recognized him as the one who was talking to Lucy in Starloop Tower before. |

You report back to Nicole near Cheesetopia and explain the whole situation to her. |

Find Lucy at the lower part of the Outer Ring and clear up the misunderstanding that Nicole had. |

With the whole fiasco resolved, you have a chat with Nicole. She takes you to Lumina Square, where she wants to buy a new outfit for her. |

Take a picture of Nicole with her Cunning Cutie Outfit and show it to her afterward. She will then give you the Bangboo Outfit Athletic as a reward. |

Complete one stage of Streamline Acceleration to end the quest! |
