The Mountain is one of the major regions in the game and a key area of your journey. Its entrance is initially obstructed by the Black Breath, which you can only dispel once you have obtained the Bifrost and infuse it with the Light of Alfheim.

Lookout Tower Region Summary

The Lookout Tower is one of the regions surrounding the Lake of Nine and is found west of the Vanaheim Tower. You can achieve 100% region summary completion as early as the first water drop but you can only explore most of it after the second.

Landsuther Mines is an explorable area situated south of the Lake of Nine. To access this region, players must first accept the Favor Deus Ex Malachite from Brok.

Cliffs of the Raven Region Summary

Cliffs of the Raven is found on the southeast part of Lake of Nine, right next to the Vanaheim Tower. You can complete half of the region summary after the first water drop but most parts of the region is submerged until after the second one.

Buri's Storeroom is an optional explorable region located on a tiny island between the Alfheim Tower and the Jotunheim Tower. This region can be accessed by either boat docks at the front of the island or at the back.

Iron Cove Region Summary

Iron Cove is a small area accessible through a zipline from the Isle of Death. Although there are several Red Chests to access, only two collectibles are actually recorded in the area.

Tyr's Temple Region Summary

Tyr's Temple is one of the main areas that the player will have to go through in-game. The temple acts as a Hub for the player in their journey, assisting them with a permanent shop inside, a Mystic Gateway, and the Realm Travel Room that helps the player navigate from Realm to Realm.

Majority of the collectibles in this area however can only be obtained once players play through multiple quests in the game, making the collectibles in this area something that players should target later on in the game.

Alfheim is one of the first realms that players can visit. A large majority of the collectibles found in this realm can be found on two beaches within the realm's main lake early on, allowing players to collect up to 80% of the collectibles prior to even finishing the quest Light of Alfheim.

Although it is a large realm to explore, Muspelheim is one of the few realms/regions in-game that has little to collect or see, featuring only 6 Mystic Gateways and 1 Valkyrie fight. Instead of these collectibles, there are instead 6 challenges that players can play through to enjoy the realm.

Niflheim is one of smaller realms in God of War. Shaped like a Diamond, the main draw of the realm is its randomly generated elements whenever players enter and exit Ivaldi's Workshop, alongside of the powerful gear that players can unlock in the realm.
