The first Mystic Gateway in Wildwoods is right at your backyard but will only be accessible after returning home as part of The Sickness quest.
The second gateway is located inside the Hidden Chamber of Odin, in the room right before the arena.
This raven can be found in the Hidden Chamber of Odin. Enter the chamber, take the lift down, then go to the arena with the realm tear and you should spot the raven flying in circles above. Look for its shadow on the floor if you're having trouble finding it.
Go straight ahead after the first Draugr and break the wooden barricade to find the rune chest. This chest contains an Idunn Apple.
