Get inside of the Mountain during the quest Inside the Mountain.

Open the door in the throne room leading right.

Play through until you reach a large cavern with the first Nornir Chest you'll encounter. The Artifact will be behind a wall you can destroy, hidden behind some crates beside of a dead body.

Play through until you have to push a large cart in the Heart of the Mountain area.

There is a door with spikes behind the cart once you move it. The Artifact is just behind it.

After defeating Hraezlyr, you'll come across a large room.

Use the movable basket to destroy the roots up top. The Artifact will be in a newly uncovered area behind the basket.

When you return to The Mountain as part of the quest Return to the Summit, you'll find yourself back in the cavern where you rode the cart up the mountain.

Turn left and blow the red crystal blocking the entry beneath the platform. The Artifact is just inside.

After defeating the Frost Ancient, continue along the path until you reach a wall you have to move across.
