Stats Explanation | God of War PS4 (GoW 4)

List of Stats


Stat Effect
Strength Increases damage for all standard attacks.
Runic Increases both Runic Attack and Elemental damage.
Defense Reduces all damage taken.
Vitality Increases maximum Health and decreases the severity of hit reactions from enemy attacks.
Luck Increases Perk activation chance. Increases XP and Hacksilver gains.
Cooldown Reduces recharge time of Runic Attacks, Runic Summons, and Talismans.

How to Boost Stats

Equip Appropriate Armor

Choose armor that will enhance Kratos' stats. You may have to negotiate this as all equipable gear affect stats differently.

Craft Pommels

Crafting Pommels can aid in giving Kratos status boost.

Wear Enchantments

Enchantments are armor upgrades which you can lodge in armor sockets. These provide Kratos with status boost, new abilities, and more.
