Defeat Valkyrie Gunnr

	Objectives
1	Head to Thamur's Corpse north of the Lake of Nine.
2	Beside Thamur's hand is a sealed door leading to the hidden chamber. Use the Magic Chisel to destroy the seal.
3	Defeat Valkyrie Gunnr to free her and obtain her helm.

Defeat Valkyrie Kara

4	Head to the Witch's Cave south of the Lake of Nine.
5	Head down the lower caverns and cross the light bridge. Climb the wall and find the sealed door.
6	Defeat Valkyrie Kara to free her and obtain her helm.

Defeat Valkyrie Eir

7	Head inside The Mountain east of the Lake of Nine.
8	Head to the minecart area and find the sealed door on the right side near the broken down cart.
9	Defeat Valkyrie Eir to free her and obtain her helm.

Defeat Valkyrie Geirdriful

10	Head to the Foothills southeast of the Lake of Nine.
11	Head to the trenches until you reach a door locked by the Winds of Hel. Head east from the door to enter the cave leading to the hidden chamber.
12	Defeat Valkyrie Geirdriful to free her and obtain her helm.

Defeat Valkyrie Olrun

13	Head to the Realm Travel Room and travel to Alfheim.
14	Head to the beach southwest of the Ringed Temple to find the Light Elf Shore. Head left to the corner to find a cave with the sealed door inside.
15	Defeat Valkyrie Olrun to free her and obtain her helm.

How to Beat Valkyrie Olrun

Defeat Valkyrie Gondul

16	Head to the Realm Travel Room and travel to Muspelheim. You need to complete The Realm of Fire to access this location.
17	Complete the Muspelheim Trials to reach her location. She is in the 6th and final arena.
18	Defeat Valkyrie Gondul to free her and obtain her helm.

How to Beat Valkyrie Gondul

Defeat Valkyrie Rota

19	Head to the Realm Travel Room and travel to Helheim. You can only access this location once you have Shock Arrows and after completing Escape from Helheim.
20	Search for the second walkway on the Bridge of the Damned. This leads you to some roots that you can destroy with Shock Arrows. Destroy the roots and take the elevator to the hidden chamber.
21	Defeat Valkyrie Rota to free her and obtain her helm.

How to Beat Valkyrie Rota

Defeat Valkyrie Hildr

22	Head to the Realm Travel Room and travel to Niflheim. You need to complete The Realm of Fog to access this location.
23	Head inside Ivaldi's Workshop. Turn left from the first area. Destroy the roots and take the elevator to the hidden chamber.
24	Head through the small area to the larger area. From there, take the only way out to the right.
25	In the small area, take the left path leading to the Valkyrie. Ivaldi's Workshop changes every time you enter and exit it. However, the path to Hildr remains the same.
26	Defeat Valkyrie Hildr to free her and obtain her helm. Defeating all eight Valkyries completes the favor.

Tips and Strategies

Finish the Main Quest First

While this favor is available once you have the Magic Chisel, we recommend completing the main quest first. These Valkyrie boss fights require the best endgame armor, pommels, and runic attacks.

Equip a Resurrection Stone

Buy the Superior Resurrection Stone from Brok or Sindri's shop when facing Valkyries. The consumable item revives you with a large amount of health, giving you a second chance to defeat the powerful bosses.
