How to Unlock Behind the Lock

Once you have retrieved a piece of the chisel in The Magic Chisel, you will now have the ability to carve a travel rune to Jotunheim.

Return to Your Boat and Lake of the Nine

Objectives

GoW Behind the Lock - Sealed Door.png
Approach the sealed door.
Interact with the door and use the piece of the chisel to open it. You will know which area to strike when the chisel glows bright.

Follow the path.

GoW Behind the Lock - Sindri
Go right when you reach Sindri's Shop.
Interact with the sealed door at the bottom and open it.

Follow the path.

Push Atreus up to the platform on the right.

GoW Behind the Lock - Move Left.png
Move to the left.
Destroy the gear locking the lift in place. Use the wheel afterwards to carry Atreus up and lock the lift with the Leviathan Axe.

Have Atreus drop the chain.
Climb up the chain afterwards.

Climb into the lift and head down to the right platform. Move left and interact with the sealed door.

Climb up the chain and head back to your boat.

Follow the river back to the lake.

GoW Behind the Lock - Tyr
Dock with the bridge.
Use the chisel on the sealed door near the bridge's edge and open it.

Head to the sand bowl in the center of the room.

Tips and Strategies

If you've missed out on hidden chests and items, now is the time to go and find them. With a piece of the chisel in your hands, you can also unlock previously locked doors around the realms.
