What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Arcane Sly Knife neutralizes foe's Spd/Def bonuses, grants Leila bonus stats, bonus true damage, damage reduction on first attack, and Special cooldown -1 before first attack. ・Dark Perfume has built-in Disarm Trap, grants Leila Special cooldown -1 and inflicts 【Undefended】 and 【Flash】 onto the closest foes, and 【Flash】 onto foes near those foes at start of turn, inflicts stat penalties onto foe, grants Leila bonus true damage and offensive Tempo during combat. |
Might: 14 Range: 2 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res = 25% of foe's Atk at start of combat - 4 (min 5; max 14), neutralizes foe's bonuses to Spd/Def, deals damage = 15% of unit's Atk (including when dealing damage with an area-of-effect Special), reduces damage from foe's first attack by 7 ("first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes), and grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit before unit's first attack during combat. Effect: 【Dagger 7】 |
Cooldown Count = 4 When Special triggers, treats foe's Def/Res as if reduced by 75% during combat. Disables non-Special skills that "reduce damage by X%". |
If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+7 to unit during combat, and also, if unit's Special is ready or unit's Special triggered before or during this combat, deals +5 damage during combat (except when dealing damage with area-of-effect Specials) and when unit deals damage during combat, restores 7 HP to unit. (Triggers even if 0 damage is dealt.) |
At start of turn, grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit, inflicts 【Undefended】 and status preventing counterattacks on closest foes through their next actions, and inflicts status preventing counterattacks on foes within 2 spaces of those foes through their next actions. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 on foe, deals damage = 20% of unit's Spd (including when dealing damage with an area-of-effect Special), and neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during combat. While attacking in Aether Raids, if unit ends movement on a space with a Bolt Trap or a Heavy Trap, cancels trap's effect; if unit ends movement on a space with a Hex Trap, reduces trap's trigger condition by 10 HP. |
Enables 【Canto (2)】. When Canto triggers, enables unit to use 【Distant Swap】 on ally (this effect is not treated as an Assist skill; if similar effects are active, this effect does not trigger). If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+4 to unit and neutralizes unit's penalties to Atk/Spd during combat. |

◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Rearmed Leila are +Spd and -Def. Leila's Spd is among the highest in the game at base 48, raised to base 52 with a superboon. With her high Spd stat, Leila can outspeed most foes and create follow-up attacks through outspeeding.
Rearmed Leila's Def is her least important stat and can be safely taken as a bane.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Rearmed Leila up to +10 to ensure she outspeeds her foes.

This build combines three pulse effects to immediately pre-charge Lethality and burst down a foe. Canto is retained from equipping Emblem Sigurd's ring, which also provides +1 movement.

Rearmed Leila's base kit is already good enough to function as a nuke unit while retaining Canto mobility to get to safety after bursting down a foe.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Rearmed Leila is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Rearmed Leila's inheritable Arcane Sly Knife neutralizes her foe's Spd/Def bonuses in combat and grants Leila up to Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14 (based on her foe's Atk stat), bonus true damage equal to 15% of her Atk, 7 damage reduction on her foe's first attack, and Special cooldown count -1 before her first attack in combat.
While there aren't any unique effects on Arcane Sly Knife, it has multiple offensive effects that allow Rearmed Leila to heavily dent or just outright defeat her foes in combat.
Rearmed Leila's exclusive B skill Dark Perfume grants her Special cooldown count -1 and inflicts 【Undefended】 and 【Flash】 onto the closest foe(s), and 【Flash】 onto all foes within 2 spaces of those foes at the start of each turn.
In combat, Dark Perfume inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 onto Rearmed Leila's foe and grants Leila bonus true damage equal to 20% of her Spd and an offensive Tempo effect.
Dark Perfume also has a built-in Disarm Trap effect, allowing her to deactivate basic traps and reduce the trigger condition of Hex Traps in Aether Raids.
Rearmed Leila relies on the Special skipping effects of Arcane Sly Knife and Dark Perfume to burst down tanky foes.
Tank units with Scowl effects can neuter the bulk of Leila's damage output from Lethality and only receive minor damage from her true damage effects.

Rearmed Leila has Arcane Sly Knife, Lethality, Atk/Spd Finish 4, and Lookout Force as inheritable options.
We recommend inheriting Arcane Sly Knife and Lookout Force, as the other skills can be found elsewhere.
Additionally, as a Rearmed hero, Rearmed Leila won't disappear from your barracks upon using her as inheritance fodder once.
