The best IVs for Legendary Elincia are +Spd and -Def. Spd is a superboon and boosts Legendary Elincia's already impressive Spd up further, from base 47 to base 51. Heart of Crimea granting 【Null Follow-Up】 allows Legendary Elincia to leverage her Spd stat and create follow-up attacks through Spd checks.

+Atk is also a useful boon, greatly increasing Legendary Elincia's damage through attacking multiple times in one round.

Def is the clear bane of choice as it is Legendary Elincia's worst and least important stat.

How to Use, Explanation

Legendary Elincia's base kit is already really good, allowing her to attack consecutively up to four times to defeat her foes in one round. We recommend a 2 cooldown Special like Glimmer, as with Absolute Amiti's accelerated trigger, Elincia will trigger Glimmer twice in one round of combat.

Legendary Elincia's exclusive weapon Absolute Amiti provides 【Canto (2)】 for post-combat mobility.

In combat, it neutralizes effects that slow down Legendary Elincia's Special cooldown charges and grants Legendary Elincia Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 and an additional Atk/Spd+X where X is 11 minus twice her foe's maximum Special cooldown count value.

This weapon provides both offensive power and mobility, allowing Legendary Elincia to excel in hit-and-run strategies. It also ensures that Legendary Elincia will trigger her Special skill thanks to the offensive Tempo effect.

Heart of Crimea debuffs enemies and grants warping and Null Follow-Up to allies

Legendary Elincia's exclusive C skill Heart of Crimea allows her nearby allies to warp to any space within 2 spaces of her.

It also grants herself and her allies the 【Null Follow-Up】 status at the start of each turn, and inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-4 to foes within 4 spaces of her during combat.

This is an amazing support skill, providing both mobility and combat effectiveness through stat penalties and the valuable 【Null Follow-Up】 status.
