When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Legendary Shez (F) are +Atk and -Res. Atk is a superboon and boosting it significantly improves her knockout power with her brave weapon and effective damage.
+Spd is also an option in order to improve her Spd checks for effective damage. We recommend +Atk over it though.
Her Res is below average, and as a glass cannon, her defensive stats will hardly matter. Any of them can be safely taken as a bane.
We recommend +Atk when merging Legendary Shez (F) up to +10 to secure knockouts as much as possible.

Legendary Shez (F) works well right away with her base kit. Simply add an offensive Sacred Seal and an assist and she'll excel as a player phase glass cannon.

Legendary Shez (F) is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Shez's refined Asura Blades has built-in Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 visible stats and a brave effect, and inflicts 【Exposure】, 【Spd Shackle】, and 【Def Shackle】 on closest foes and foes within 2 spaces of those foes at the start of turn and after Shez acts.

This skill grants 【Dodge】 and neutralizes foe's bonuses during combat
to herself and allies within 2 spaces at the start of each phase and grants Shez Atk/Spd/Def/Res+9, 7 true damage reduction, a Tempo effect, and 50% DR piercing whenever she is initiating combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally.
More importantly, it grants effective damage against all weapon types upon winning a conditional Spd check depending on her opponent whenever she initiates combat:

Sources that nullify effective damage are usually tied to movement types, such as Iote's Shield, Brave Hector's refined Maltet, and so on. Swift Slice II dodges all of them by being effective against weapon types instead.
Attacking twice with a brave effect and with effective damage will more often than not defeat her foe in one combat.
The effective damage dealt by Asura Blades is only active on player phase, and Legendary Shez (F) needs to win a Spd check as well.
The top of the metagame has a lot of incredibly speedy units; winning the Spd check is not guaranteed, even if Shez is stacked with various skills that boost Spd.
Additionally, when facing a human infantry unit, the Spd check needs to exceed 20, and this can prove to be incredibly difficult to achieve.
Legendary Shez (F) suffers from her stats all being allocated to her offenses, leaving her with subpar bulk.
Most hard hitting modern units can defeat her in one hit. Keep her out of range to ensure her survival.
