The best IVs for Legendary Caeda are +Atk and -HP. Boosting her Atk helps her one-shot enemies with her effective damage and/or Vantage status. Her bulk is average for both physical and magical attacks, thus we take HP as a bane to preserve as much of it as possible.

+Atk for a +10 Merge

The best boon for a fully invested Legendary Caeda is +Atk for similar reasons stated above. She is very reliant on either defeating her foes in one attack, or triggering Faithful Loyalty to protect herself.

Legendary Caeda's base kit is strong right out of the box. Atk/Spd Solo 3 on the sacred seal slot works on both phases, thus it gets the nod over other seals that boost Atk and Spd.

Legendary Caeda is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Legendary Caeda pierces the Sword Knight's armor with her Wing-Lifted Spear.

Legendary Caeda's unique weapon Win Spear Wing-Lifted Spear is a very powerful lance with multiple effects.

Faithful Loyalty grants Vantage and partial Null Follow-Up at the same time

Legendary Caeda comes with a unique B skill, Faithful Loyalty.

This skill grants Caeda the Vantage effect when facing an armored or cavalry foe in combat.

It also negates skills that deny her follow-up attacks during combat, and grants the 【Vantage】status to her after combat.

Paired with her A skill Distant Storm, Legendary Caeda can checkmate opponents by defeating them before they can even attack!

Distant Storm allows counterattacks at any range and grants an Atk boost

Legendary Caeda also comes with a new A skill, Distant Storm.

It is a new variant of Distant Counter which allows counterattacks at any range and grants Atk+5 during combat.

The Atk bonus is granted in both player phase and enemy phase. Legendary Caeda does not need to attack first to receive it.

However, if Legendary Caeda attacks during combat, it deals 5 damage to her after combat.

Legendary Caeda Weaknesses

Reliance on Vantage

Legendary Caeda relies heavily on her Vantage effects to reliably finish maps. Without the Vantage status, she is prone to attacks, especially with her below average HP, Def, and average Res.

Weak to Bows

As a flying unit, Legendary Caeda takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
