When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Atk/-Res

The best IVs for Winter Cordelia are +Atk and -Res. Her Atk is very high at base 44, and increased to base 48 with a superboon. 【Dual Strike】 allows her to dish out brave attacks and quickly defeat her foes; boosting her Atk improves this significantly.

Her Res is a clear dump stat at only base 23 and can be safely taken as a bane.

The exception is if you're opting for a support Winter Cordelia build which aims to win the Res check against Elimine. In this case, we recommend +Res as a boon.

+Atk for a +10 Merge

We recommend +Atk when merging Winter Cordelia up to +10 for similar reasons above. Atk is her most important stat and should be boosted as much as possible.

Winter Cordelia is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Winter Cordelia Strengths

Inseverable Spear grants Orders and Dual Strike to herself and nearby allies

Winter Cordelia's Inseverable Spear accelerates her Special trigger and grants the Orders buff and 【Dual Strike】 to herself and allies within 2 spaces at the start of each turn.

【Dual Strike】 allows units to attack twice if they are adjacent to another unit with 【Dual Strike】.

This effect is very similar to Bridal Catria's Wedding-Bell Axe. The differences between these two are:

• Inseverable Spear's 【Dual Strike】 only requires one nearby ally, but the ally has to be adjacent to another ally with 【Dual Strike】.
• Wedding-Bell Axe's 【Triangle Attack】 requires two allies, but they can be within 2 spaces instead.

Additionally, when initiating combat or being within two spaces of an ally, Inseverable Spear also grants Winter Cordelia Atk/Spd+6 and Special cooldown acceleration.

With a brave effect and Special acceleration, Winter Cordelia can reliably charge up her equipped Galeforce and obtain another action. Alternatively, she can equip a 3 cooldown Special like Luna and immediately trigger it using the brave effect.

Harmonized Skill grants Atk/Spd buffs and Treachery

Winter Cordelia's Harmonized Skill grants Atk/Spd+6, 【Resonance: Blades】, and 【Treachery】 to herself and her allies from Awakening and Fates.

【Treachery】 is a blade effect similar to blade tomes like Gronnblade+. It grants bonus damage equal to the amount of stat bonuses applied to the unit.

This Harmonized Skill allows Winter Cordelia and her team to punch through even the sturdiest of tanks with massive bonus damage!
