+Spd/-Res

The best IVs for Spring Marisa are +Spd and -Res. A higher Spd stat allows Spring Marisa to get a ton of follow-up attacks on her foes. It also protects her from hostile follow-up attacks. Her Res of is less importance and thus safe to be taken as a bane.

+Spd for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Spring Marisa to 10. This is for the same reasons as above. At max merges, she will reach 43 Spd which allows her to score lots of follow-up attacks especially when backed by support units. If you prefer raw damage, you can go for a +Atk IV instead.

Spring Marisa is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Spring Marisa Strengths

All-stat boost if foe is healthy

Flashing Carrot+ grants +2 Atk/Spd/Def/Res to Spring Marisa if her foe is at 100% HP. Be careful when pairing her with units like Duma who inflicts damage to the enemy team at the start of the match. Prioritize Marisa's targets to make the most out of her weapon!

Fling Allies into Combat and Buff Them Simultaneously!

Spd/Def Link 3 buffs Spring Marisa and any ally who uses a movement-assist skill or receives one from Marisa by +6 Spd/Def. Since Marisa has access to Reposition, she can make use of this skill to push an ally deep into enemy danger zones while providing them with buffs.

If Spring Marisa is your main offensive unit, we recommend that it is Marisa who receives the movement-assist skill for her to easily be able to take out units with enhanced stats!

Spring Marisa Weaknesses

Low Res

Spring Marisa's Res only sits at 21 at Lv.40. This makes it easy for magic users to take her out. Be mindful of Marisa's positioning in relation to magical units that can easily take her out. A solution to this is to integrate her in a flier team that both have Ward Fliers and Fortify Fliers.

Weak to bows

As a flying unit, Spring Marisa takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
