The best IVs for Chloé are +Res and -Def. Her Res is important as both a superboon and for improving the performance of Dreaming Spear.

Her Def is below average and can be taken as a bane. However, if you expect Chloé to face multiple physical opponents, HP can be taken as a bane instead.

How to Use, Explanation

Chloé functions well as an offensive unit, as long as she is fielded with two units with Ally Support in order to activate her Dreaming Spear. Spd/Res Menace creates stat swings to best support her Pegasus Flight 4.
