What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Weapon skill deals variable damage pre-combat, grants bonus stats, 30% damage reduction on foe's first attack, and 7 HP post-combat healing. ・Exclusive B skill inflicts Spd/Res penalties and 【Sabotage】 onto multiple foes, grants damage reduction piercing to unit and allies, and neutralizes effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks and effects that slow down unit's Special cooldown charges. |
Might: 14 Range: 2 Enables 【Canto (1)】. Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit initiates combat or foe's Range = 2, as combat begins, deals damage to foe = X% of foe's Atk (if unit has weapon-triangle advantage or unit's Spd > foe's Spd, X = 40; otherwise, X = 20; effects that reduce damage during combat do not apply; will not reduce foe's HP below 1). If unit initiates combat or foe's Range = 2, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd = 20% of unit's Spd at start of combat, and reduces damage from foe's first attack by 30% during combat, and restores 7 HP to unit after combat. |
Cooldown Count = 3 Boosts Atk by 30%. |
If unit initiates combat, grants Atk/Spd+7 during combat and reduces damage from foe's first attack during combat by 30%. |
At start of turn, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, inflicts Spd/Res-7 and 【Sabotage】 on closest foes and any foe within 2 spaces of those foes through their next actions and grants "reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special 'reduce damage by X%' skills by 50%" to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, inflicts Spd/Res-5 on foe, neutralizes effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks, and neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during combat. |
If unit initiates combat, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on foe and neutralizes foe's bonuses (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat, and after combat, deals 7 damage to target and foes within 2 spaces of target and applies 【Divine Vein (Haze)】 on target's space and on each space within 2 spaces of target space for 1 turn. 【Divine Vein (Haze)】 Applies the following effects on space: Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on foe and neutralizes foe's bonuses (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat. (Divine Vein effects do not stack; replaces any existing Divine Vein effect; Divine Vein effects applied simultaneously cancel each other out.) |

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Legendary Camilla are +Spd and -Def. Boosting Spd improves her already high base 46 Spd to base 49, which is sufficient to prevent follow-up attacks from faster metagame units. Boosting Spd also improves the chances of her Bewitching Tome's pre-combat damage effect from hitting the 40% threshold.
Legendary Camilla's Def is lackluster and boosting it will not improve her chances of surviving against a physical attacker. It is a safe bane to take.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Legendary Camilla up to +10, as she needs the Spd boost to maximize the chances of her Bewitching Tome's pre-combat damage effect.

Legendary Camilla's base kit already functions as a great heavy nuker build, utilizing Bewitching Tome to damage enemy units prior to combat and allow Camilla to burst them down with ease.

Equipping Guidance 4 or Soaring Guidance onto Legendary Camilla's C slot allows her to run Flared Sparrow for additional pre-combat damage and trigger 【Divine Vein (Flame)】 on multiple tiles. This build trades damage reduction from Remote Sparrow in return for more offensive firepower with Flared Sparrow and mobility with Guidance skills.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Legendary Camilla is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Legendary Camilla's exclusive weapon Bewitching Tome deals non-lethal pre-combat damage equal to 40% of her foe's Atk (if she outspeeds her foe or has weapon-triangle advantage over them; otherwise, only 20%) before her first attack. This pre-combat damage effect is not affected by her foe's damage reduction skills, allowing her to wear down her foes with ease and potentially knocking them out with her impressive offenses.
Bewitching Tome also grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to Legendary Camilla if she initiates combat or is against a ranged foe, an additional Atk/Spd bonus equal to 20% of her Spd, 30% damage reduction on her foe's first attack, and 7 HP post-combat healing.
This weapon provides a lot of offensive power, able to wear down tanks with unmitigated damage while also providing multiple effects that allow Legendary Camilla to survive combat and sustain herself throughout multiple engagements.
Legendary Camilla's exclusive B skill Spoil Rotten inflicts Spd/Res-7 and 【Sabotage】 on her closest foes and any foe within 2 spaces of those foes at the start of each turn. This effect has no distance limit and can be triggered no matter where Camilla is positioned on the map.
Spoil Rotten also grants a damage reduction piercing effect to herself and all allies within 2 spaces at the start of each turn. This effect allows affected units to cut the effectiveness of their foe's non-Special damage reduction effects in half. Most metagame units in FEH have some sort of non-Special damage reduction effect in their kit; Spoil Rotten allows Camilla and her allies to bypass these effects to deal as much damage as possible.
Finally, Spoil Rotten also inflicts Spd/Res-5 onto Legendary Camilla's foe during combat and neutralizes effects that prevent Camilla's follow-up attacks and effects that slow down Camilla's Special cooldown charges during combat.
As a flying unit, Legendary Camilla takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Anyone without protection against pre-combat damage vs Camilla is as good as dead if she has better speed or a weapon type advantage against them She can defeat E!Ike, with both at base IVs and no allies for Ike, if she has Glimmer and Blade Session 3 SS (2 allies already acting) even with the weapon disadvantage. Yunaka still loses with Glimmer+Blade Session in her kit Ivy has no precombat damage and really struggles against tanks
