Solution

Turn 1
1. Move Rhea one space up.
2. Move Ninian two spaces right and use Call to Flame on Rhea.
3. Move Rhea one space up and one space left, then defeat the Bow Fighter.
Turn 2
4. Move Rhea one space up and defeat the Sword Dragon.
5. Move Ninian one space up and use Call to Flame on Rhea.
6. Move Rhea one space right and defeat the Bow Cavalier.
Turn 3
7. Move Ninian one space up and one space left, then defeat the Sword Fighter.
8. Move Rhea one space right and defeat the Axe Knight.
