i love Neko she's my fav character. Neko, Caesar, and Nicole make for one heck of a team. love her and thought she was gunna be bad when looking on these sites smh!! She's crazy good and fast. BUTTT i have starlight engine on her. she does great but should i get canon rotor? this website puts it at bottom but gamewith gave it high and starlight low. so confusing. idk whether to get canon or the lips for grace and burnice since i have grace's signature S but have to switch it onto Burnice

I actually like Neko characters, but I can't stand Nekomata in this game from her gameplay especialy that Ultimate and jer personality worst I ever seen

Awful DPS. The only reason she's S-rank is to dilute the Permanent S-rank pool and prevent players from easily accessing her Mindscapes.

best in early game; mid-low to low tier late game

Absolute garbage character, one of the worst S tiers after Rina. The damage output is nearly 0 forces you to play ONLY hares team and still Soilder 11 beats her all the ways. I regret farming artifacts and putting effort in her.
