New Music Discs have been introduced when the new DK Island DLC and Emerald Rush released! These disks can only be obtained by progressing your VoidCo Rewards Rating in Emerald Rush.
DK Island DLC and Emerald Rush Guide

Music Discs are random drops from enemies across various layers.
There's no specific enemy tied to each disc, so any combat encounter has a chance of rewarding you with one.

Wearing Pauline's Diva Dress increases the odds of Music Disc drops from enemies.
If you're hunting for missing discs, make sure she’s dressed for success, this outfit makes the grind noticeably faster.

While inside a Getaway, you can access the Stuff Shop, Style Shop, and Chip Exchange by speaking to Trustystone, who becomes available starting in the Canyon Layer.
Occasionally, Trustystone will ask for a tip when using his services. If you choose to give him one, he may reward you with a Music Disc in return!

During Post-Game, once you’ve cleared the main story, a new option becomes available in the Chip Exchange Shop. Here, you can trade 100 Banandium Chips for a random Music Disc.
This is a great way to complete your collection, especially if you’re missing a few discs that just won’t drop from enemies no matter how hard you farm.

Completing the Post-Game Bananza Rehearsal Halls and collecting all 5 balloons per each also unlock Discs that cannot be obtained through defeating enemies, disc exchange, and overworld hunting.

You can listen to any Music Discs you’ve collected by using the Music Player inside a Getaway.
These are resting spots you can set up while exploring the Overworld. Head to a Getaway, access the Music Player, and pick your favorite track from your growing collection of discs!

You will receive 3 Stars on your save file when you collect all 110 Music Discs from the base game and all 777 Banandium Gems.
