In a small alcove above the Style Shop in Tropical Retreat. Speak to the Constructone and pay 1000 Gold to remove the debris blocking the entrance.

Mine-Cart Country Puzzle Solution

Banandium Gem #1

Drop down the broken part of the minecart track with three large gold bullions floating to get the first Banandium Gem.

Banandium Gem #2

The second Banandium Gem is located at the checkpoint in the middle of the challenge ruin. Simply progress through the tracks until you reach the area where you'll need to ride a second minecart.

Banandium Gem #3

The third Banandium Gem is located at the very end of the minecart track by the exit.
