Grab a nearby crate and wait for the bombs to come close to aligning at the middle, then throw it at one of the bombs.

These have a delayed timer and, if done correctly, will cause an explosion that will clear the thorny vines and allow you to grab the first Banandium Gem in the next area.

Banandium Gem #2

Once you drop down at the area with the large thorny vine puzzle, turn around and you'll see a large thorny vine wall with a Banandium Gem behind it.

Grab a nearby crate or tear a chunk of the ground and throw it at one of the bombs to clear the vines and allow you to climb the surrounding walls to reach the second Banandium Gem.

Just like the first puzzle, you'll want to grab a nearby crate and wait for the bombs to come close to aligning near the middle, before throwing the crate at one of the bombs.

When done correctly, the bombs should clear much of the middle area and allow you to grab the third Banandium Gem near the exit.
