As you progress through the start of the game, you'll come across a Dive Punch Pressure Plate. Triggering it will let you access a larger area with platforms that rise when you perform a Hand Slap. You'll find the first checkpoint by climbing one of these platforms.

This challenge requires you to go through thirteen rounds of timed battles in a row in order to complete it.
