The first Banandium Gem is at the middle of the course. You'll need to tear chunks of Liftoff Ore to fly up and progress throughout the challenge ruin.

The second Banandium Gem is located near the exit which you can reach by using torn off Liftoff Ore to fly upwards while evading the lava walls.

Enter the Hidden Alcove

There's a hidden alcove in the area before you head up to the final area. Carefully fly to the right and you'll end up in a small passage where you can dig through the terrain.
