Go down and pull out the radishes to find two Boom Rocks. Throw one at the concrete floor ahead to make the spiked balls fall down, and throw another at the concrete wall on the ceiling so you can climb across. Go back and climb up to reach the mesh on the ceiling, and climb across it to reach the Banandium Gem on the other side.
