The the 22nd Banana in Freezer Layer (Scoop Hut in the Sky) is located in a hidden igloo close to the Cooling Tower Top Floor fast travel point.

You need to have Level 2 Glide skill for the Ostrich Bananza form to each the hidden igloo from the top of the giant Zebra ice sculpture.

How to Get Freezer Layer Banana 22 Step 1
Fast travel to the Cooling Tower Top Floor in Freezer Layer and go inside the area with fresh snow where you first fought Poppy Kong. Break the ice covering the hole on the left and exit through there.

As you exit the hole, turn right and climb the wall railing to reach the top of the zebra ice sculpture.
You can also find the one of Cranky Kong's location in this area.

Head towards the nose part of the zebra ice sculpture.

Transform into Ostrich Bananza form and flutter towards the floating hidden igloo. Collect the Banana (Scoop Hut in the Sky) inside.
