The first Banandium Gem is located on the eastern side of the challenge ruins. You'll need to dig to the left first to go around the central gate, then dig all the way to the right until you reach a slope that leads to the Banandium Gem.

Banandium Gem #2

The second Banandium Gem is located behind a concrete wall that you can break by luring one of the Chompoids to dig through it. You may also break it by transforming into Kong Bananza and punching through it.
