How to Unlock Ostrich Bananza Form
Obtain from Ostrich Elder at the Forest Layer
The Ostrich Bananza form can be obtained from the giant Ostrich elder that appears to be located in the Forest Layer.
Once you learn this Bananza Power, Pauline will be able to sing the song associated with the power to transform DK into the Ostrich Bananza form.
How to Use Ostrich Bananza
Hold L and R Buttons to Transform
You can transform into the Ostrich Bananza form by holding the L and R shoulder buttons while the Ostrich Bananza power is highlighted on the bottom left part of the screen. This will make DK drum his chest and transform.
While transformed, you can quickly switch between forms by using the left and right buttons on the D-pad.
Hold the ZL Button to Flutter
Hold the ZL Button while in midair to float through the air for a brief period of time. If you are using one Joycon, press and hold the SL Button.
Ride Updrafts
While gliding in the Ostrich Bananza form, you can ride an updraft and let it carry you to a higher altitude.
Attack with Egg Bombs
As you glide in the air, you can launch Egg Bombs onto any target below you.
