You can obtain Banana 9 (A Complete Fossil Collection) from Groove Layer after getting all 696 Fossils and spending all of it to purchase all clothing items. Speak with Collectone at the Fossil Museum afterward to obtain the Banana.
Note that the Fossil Museum at Groove Layer is only accessible in the post-game. You must finish the main story before you can access the location.
