Location: Fractone Village, Hilltop Layer (SL 200)
Challenge No.: Hilltop Layer Challenge Course 1

Located on a floating platform on the western side of Fractone Village between the Style Shop and the Chip Exchange. You'll need to throw a chunk of ground to create a floating platform to access the area.

Create Platforms with Torn Chunks

Create Platforms with Torn Chunks

Throughout the level, you'll need to tear off chunks of the ground and throw it at the shifty stones to create walkable platforms that you can safely cross.

These created platforms are temporary and will eventually vanish after a short while, so cross them quickly to the next area.

How to Cross Shifty Stones

Banandium Gem #1

The first Banandium Gem is just past the first set of shifty stones near the start of the stage. Break the Banandium Gem to obtain it.

The second Banandium Gem is in the area just before the last set of platforms. There's a floating shifty stone going down on the left side of the area that you'll need to throw a chunk of the ground to activate.

Tear a Chunk to Destroy the Vines

Once you're on the platform, quickly tear a chunk of the ground and use it to destroy the thorny vines blocking the alcove to access the second Banandium Gem.

You can then use the nearby barrel to head upwards back to the top area.

The third Banandium Gem is located at the end of the course past the next set of shifty stones.

Wait until the shifty stones align at the middle to avoid accidentally throwing the torn chunk into the thorny vines. Once you're across, break the Banandium Gem to obtain it.
